Qualifications/Job Description: Director of Marketing (Shanghai) Job Description: The Director of Marketing will directly report to the Vice President, Leasing and Property Management. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the firm’s Strategic Marketing Plan and Budget to achieve the firm’s annual goals, driving sales, traffic and market share. Position the firm’s retail properties as an integral part of the community, generating positive publicity through related events and activity participating in/with community business organizations Design seasonal and holiday-themed marketing campaigns, and on-site events Develop and implement a pro-active public relations program, serving as a liaison with media. In times of crisis, coordinate PR efforts with Senior Management to responsibly protect the image of the firm and respond to communities’ concerns Recruit, mentor and oversee a supporting marketing department staff based in Shanghai. Assist local Property Managers in the recruitment, management, and training of on-site marketing personnel throughout China to take day-to-day promotional responsibility at local level. Working with on-site staff, interface with retail tenants to produce on-site promotional flyers Develop promotional marketing guidelines for each shopping center and communicate policies and guidelines clearly to ensure consistent execution at local level, including the sale of outside advertising space on the exteriors of the firm’s properties Coordinate with the firm’s partners shopping center grand opening events Coordinate opportunities for event/specialty leasing with the Director of Leasing Maintain a high level of standard of content and design on the firm’s website Design and oversee the periodic publication of an internal firm newsletter to enhance firm communication and morale Coordinate and manage all aspects of print and design, including brochures, newsletters, branded items, advertising, etc. Job requirements: A four-year college degree, together with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Ability to work effectively in a cohesive team environment Positive, proactive work ethic and approach, with a positive attitude and high level of integrity Must possess the ability to coordinate, execute and complete multiple projects according to production schedules and deadlines while adhering to the budget At least 5 years of recent retail marketing experience, including management of a staff; specific experience with ad agencies, public relation firms, promotions and/or traffic-building events a strong plus Frequent travel required Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe Illustrator or similar design software would be advantageous Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and strong English ability Work environment offered: Internationally-oriented working environment with a fast-growing company Excellent growth opportunities within the company Competitive package and benefits 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至jc@tci-asia.com。 |
