| 职位描述及要求 | |
Major Responsibilities: 1. Assist in/be responsible for formulating marketing objectives and strategies, implementing marketing plan and evaluating marketing activities so as to achieve business objectives. 2. Chiefly accountable for identifying, developing and delivering new products as well as product and packaging renovation for the company based on market trend, consumer insight, market competition and portfolio gaps and strategic brand direction. 3. Contribute to the formation of cross functional teams to generate product ideas and develop new products, work with product supply chain to determine costing, sourcing and manufacturing of new products. 4. Coordinate with internal departments (sales team, manufacturing, technical, production, purchasing etc) and external parties (flavored house, ingredient supplier, packaging design house, advertising agencies etc) from new product development to launch implementation with targeted schedules. 5. Monitors, reports and evaluates competitive marketing activities on a regular & timely basis. 6. Perform ad-hoc duties as required. Basic Requirements: 1. College or University graduates, good command of English & PC skills. 2. He or she should have a solid track record in category management with more than 5 years marketing experience with brand //NPD experience from relevant category. 3. Excellent creative & analytical skills, good communication skills, innovative, dedicated proactive, high level accountability. 4.
