Qualifications/Job Description: Director of Retail Training (Shanghai)Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Retail Training. The Director of Retail Training will have primary responsibility for designing, organizing and coordinating training for the firm’s leasing, property management and operations staff, both in Shanghai and on-site at the firm’s shopping center projects in provincial cities throughout eastern China. While helpful, specific retail or real estate experience is not a requirement. This position requires a self-starter leader and team player, who can effectively coordinate the training requirements of the various department heads, and build a training program to drive the firm’s customer-focused culture through the organization.
The Director of Retail Training will report to the Vice President, Leasing and Property Management, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Chief Administrative Officer. The Director of Retail Training will lead a team based in Shanghai, and will travel extensively throughout China coordinating training programs at the firm’s retail properties.

Job requirements:
Rich Training Management experience in foreign-invested Five-Stars Hotels is a definite advantage.
A four-year college degree, together with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
At least 5 years of international corporate training experience, including management of a staff genuine interest in education and growing the capabilities and productivity of employees
A strong customer-service orientation
Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive, proactive work ethic and approach, and high level of integrity
Frequent travel required; must be comfortable spending considerable time in smaller provincial cities
Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and other training media
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and some English ability

培训总监负责为公司于上海以及在中国不同分区的招商部和物业管理及营运部，设计、组织及协调有关培训课程。此职位需要由一个主动性及合作性强的领袖担任，有效地与不同的部门主管协调及建立一个公司的培训项目，目的为训练出一套以客为上的优秀服务文化。此职位主要向招商及营运副总裁汇报，其次向首席行政总监报告。

本科毕业，拥有良好的领导能力及亲和力；5年国际企业培训经验，包括管理团对的经验；对教育有浓厚的兴趣和热诚，旨在提高员工效率及能力；以客为首的服务态度；良好的组织能力，工作细心。积极，进取的工作态度及高度职业操守及诚信；要应付频繁出差的要求，愿意到较小城市工作及适应当地生活环境；对Word, Excel, Powerpoint及其他培训材料熟悉。良好普通话能力及基本英语理解能力。
