| 职位描述及要求 | |
Key Responsibilities: Optimize the resources to ensure the availability and the shelf share of our product so that to achieve the sales target. According to the trade marketing strategy of the Company, propose and implement the promotion activities at store level to achieve the sales volume and deliver the sales quality targets (Merchandising Standard, Distribution Level). Customer coverage: propose and implement the most effective routing set and standard sales call to ensure the qualitative/quantitative visits to customers so that to optimize the service quality. Business development in stores: Coordinate with KA Supervisor to ensure the implementation of customer business plans and identify new business opportunities so to optimize the sales in stores. People Management: Recruit, train and evaluate the performance of the immediate subordinates according to the company’s operating objectives and other established performance standards, and identify key potential staff to build up an efficient and co-operative team.
