POSITION: Sr. credit control supervisor – SH
职位:信用控制高级主管(世界著名跨国公司上海)
Job description / Mission
To monitor Accounts Receivable to ensure prompt payment from customers
To liaise with legal counsel for debt recovery
To maintain customer files, release or block order, and update transaction in ERP system, in relation to credit control
To issue sales invoices in ERP system and follow up VAT invoices till customer’s receipt of invoices.
To correspond with customers within the credit administration procedures
To accurately record daily receipts on Cash Received System
To implement the procedures for over due accounts analysis and reminder
To propose action plan on how to reduce overdue balance
To make reconciliation of customer accounts
To process new account applications and establish appropriate credit limits
To constantly review and maintain credit limits on existing accounts.
To manage any invoice disputes, achieving customer satisfaction in all instances
To expedite any and all special contracts and credit arrangements
To undertake regular reporting to the Business Controller, including debtor levels and overdue accounts
To calculate salesman commission monthly according to commission policy
Experience Requirements
At least 4 years experience in a financial environment, preferably in the area of credit control or analysis
Strong analysis and collection skills, experience in a credit control is preferred
Good standard of numeracy
Knowledge / Educational requirements
1. College degree preferably in finance, accounting or economics.
2. Good skills in MS Words, Excel, Power point
3. Literate with the English language, both written and spoken
Personality requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to build effective working relationships with both customers and colleagues
Confident telephone manner
Self-Motivated
Proven decision making abilities
Planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
Sound customer service orientation
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Quick learner and Continuous Learning
