| 职位描述及要求 | |
职责： （1）Manage head office and branch office sales and marketing functions. （2）Develop pricing policy. （3）Train and develop sales team in product knowledge,selling skills and customer relations. （4）Manage quotations process to new and existing customers. （5）Guide branch offices in customer service, support and market development efforts. （6）Build and maintain relationships with major customers in national home center chains and cabinet makers. （7）Bring together related product series from sister companies,and provide integrated marketing and distribution through existing channels. （8）Establish and manage customer/channel profitability process. 要求: （1）University graduate. （2）5 to 8 years of buying or selling experience with major decoration material or home center chains. （3）At least 5 years as a senior sales management position. （4）Experience in developing and taking new products to market. （5）Extensive contacts or relationships with major OEM cabinet makers. （6）Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. （7）Proven leadership skills. 遇：高薪面议 工作地点：徐家汇 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至hrsh@linguaphone.com.cn。 |
