| 职位描述及要求 | |
Responsibilities: Manage and Implement net work planning process to achieve development Collect and analyze trade zone information including competitor information. Communicate and cooperate with regional manager, assets manager, and store development and operation team to resolve sort store issues, such as negotiation with landlord for rent reduction, release. Keep sufficient pipeline for new store. Ensure the good performance on the KPI of new store including new store count, sales, SOP, store week. Observe the rule of development policy and procedure. Cooperate with construction team to support new store opening. Manage the reasonable relationship with landlord and government. Qualifications: At least 2 years related working experiences in site selection and lease negotiation. Data and Information Management. Preferable with Operations and Construction work experience.
