职位描述及要求

General Task Implement purchasing task， ensure normal material supply， control and cut down purchasing cost， assist purchase manager to make purchasing target come true. Responsibilities: 1. Execute the Purchase Requisition， Purchase Order and Action Report according to Material Requirement Planning. 2. Follow up and monitor supplier’s delivery and service performance as material requirements. 3. Negotiate with suppliers in terms of price， payment terms， delivery and etc， develop and maintain good relationship with qualified suppliers. 4. Develop and evaluate suppliers to match company’s strategy and target effectively， to enhance company competitive ability. 5. Implement the supplier managed inventory program， work with supplier to return rejected materials. 6. Research on new supplier sources and compare quotations， present proposals to manager. 7. Collect/report purchasing statistics 8. Coordinate internally with other team members. Qualification/Job Requirements: 1. At least three years or above purchasing experience in Electronics consumable products; familiar with PCB， LCD， capacity， IC， battery， crystal， coil， resistance， Led， etc. 2. Sound knowledge and skills in purchasing field， quick to pick up things. 3. Can work independently and under high pressure， and full of confidence. 4. Good communication， coordination， and negotiation ability 5. Good command of reading and written English. 6. Familiar with MS Office， ERP 7. Holding college or above degree with Electronics. Engineering or relevant major.
